Market Stall Holders for Wetlands Spring Festival

On 27 September 2026 the Hunter Wetlands Centre is opening the doors for our 3^rd annual SpringFestival. We invite everyone to join us and experience the beautiful wetlands grounds and the conservation that we do here! 

The day will be filled with guided walks, market stalls, activities for kids, live music, jumping castles and so much more!

We are looking for any local artisans, food vendors or businesses who are interested in having a stall forthe day.

Event Details:

·        Date: September 27, 2026, 10am-2pm

·        Location: Hunter Wetlands Centre, 1 Wetlands Place Shortland

·        Stall Setup: From 7.30 AM on the morning of the event

Stall Information:

·        Cost: $30 per stall space for community groups. $50 per food vendor or business  (3m x 3m). If you require marquee, table hire or double space, please contact us.

·        Additional costs upon request: Double space additional $50, Marquee $50 (setup included), Tables $10 each

·        There is limited power available to marketstalls, please request before the event

·        Public Liability Insurance: A copy of your Public Liability Insurance (Certificate of Currency) will be required to confirm your stall
