Get ready for a tree-mendous adventure these school holidays at the Hunter Wetlands Centre! From giant eucalypts and peeling paperbarks to whispering casuarinas and muddy mangroves, we're celebrating the amazing trees of our Wetlands in the July School Holidays!
Winter is a wonderful time of year for kids and families to be exploring outdoors, so why not enjoy a nature-filled adventure together! Check out what's on:
Search for Melaleucas, Mangroves, Casuarinas and more as you follow this fun, self-guided tree-spotting trail. Then VOTE for your favourite tree by showing its some love with a heart.

Dip-netting is back! Join Guide Catherine on the Dip-net Jetty with microscopes and magnifying glasses to discover what's in the pond.
Creative kids can get leafy with nature craft on the lower deck or make Stop Motion short films of their own.
