Campfire Yarns with Aunty Theresa

Visitor Centre Hunter Wetlands Centre

Gather around the campfire for an intimate cultural experience with Aunty Theresa Dargin, a proud Gathang-speaking L.O.R.E woman of the Worimi Nation.

In the warmth of the fire and the soft scent of eucalypts, Aunty Theresa will share Aboriginal storytelling and yarning that speaks to culture, community and deep connection to the lands and waterways. This relaxed gathering offers space to listen, reflect and learn, fostering understanding through shared stories and presence.
