Open daily from 10am-3pm, and now open for Breakfast 9 - 11am Saturdays and Sundays, the Nourish Menu features a variety of fresh gourmet foods based around a native bush foods theme. Group bookings are available.

Conference and function menus are available and can be tailored to any special event or function. With the newly completed Al fresco Chapel area combined with Cafe Nourish, the Hunter Wetlands is the perfect place for your wedding.
