Roasted Kumara, mountain peppers, char grilled eggplant, wild mushrooms and wild chillies topped with sheep style mozzarella cheese and drizzled with Bunya nut and Parmesan pesto.

Salt & Pepper Crusted Chicken Tenderloin Salad served with toasted Turkish bread, mixed lettuce leaves, fried shallot chips and drizzled with a candle nut pesto & balsamic syrup 

King Prawn and Avocado Salad drizzled with a wild oregano and star anise vinaigrette dressing
